In case of Postponement Due to Bad Weather or Gale Warning of Coast Guards:

Solomon Curated Tours shall move your schedule to a much better day without any charges. We will advise and update our clients should weather and sea travel is not favorable in advance from the date of booking.

In case of Cancellation of Booking:

RSolomon Tours shall refund your payment but shall deduct 20% from your total amount because the resort establishment where we booked your room accommodation shall charge us just the same due to cancellation. If Cancellation was done after 2 days from date of payment only 10% shall be deducted from the total payment of booking. But 2 days and beyond, 20% shall be automatically deducted from the total amount paid.

CANCELLATION ON PROMO RATES:

30% SHALL BE DEDUCTED effective just 2 days after date of payment and booking. Because these are already promotional rates not regular rates.
